Please read these terms carefully. By subscribing to or utilizing the organic search indexing, keyword vector clustering, and social media syndication services of Search Engine & Social Media Growth, you agree to be bound by the conditions below.
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Client", "Subscriber", or "You") and Search Engine & Social Media Growth ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Platform"), operating the domain searchengineandsocialmediagrowth.com.
By registering an account, submitting an order, or accessing our organic telemetry dashboards, you expressly warrant that you have full legal authority to enter into this contract and agree to abide by all platform rules and statutory obligations.
All platform plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) are provided strictly on a monthly recurring subscription basis ("Billing Term").
Search Engine & Social Media Growth provides high-level search engine keyword vector research, canonical structure auditing, AI engine citation optimization (SearchGPT, Perplexity), short-form viral hook video frameworks, and cross-channel syndication telemetry.
The Subscriber acknowledges that search engine algorithms (e.g. Google, Bing) and social network recommendation feeds (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) are autonomous systems governed by third-party corporations. We commit to industry-leading white-hat optimization methodologies, technical crawling stabilization, and algorithmic best practices, but do not promise static permanent rankings.
Subscribers must strictly adhere to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of Google, Meta (Instagram), ByteDance (TikTok), Microsoft, and LinkedIn. Any content supplied by Client must not violate third-party trademark rights, copyright laws, or prohibited advertising categories.
Subscribers may terminate or pause their recurring subscription at any moment without penalty via the Subscriber Client Portal or by emailing billing@searchengineandsocialmediagrowth.com.
Statutory Cancellation Rights: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, eligible consumer clients possess a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from initial purchase, except where performance of digital services has commenced with express consent.
Upon cancellation, recurring charges cease immediately, and your portal remains operational through the end of the paid calendar cycle.
Subscribers shall not utilize our infrastructure for malicious bot spamming, cloaking, deceptive doorway page generation, malware distribution, or automated denial-of-service attempts against search indexers. Any violation results in instantaneous termination without refund.
All platform code, algorithmic attribution models, API schemas, design systems, and telemetry interfaces remain the exclusive intellectual property of Search Engine & Social Media Growth. The Client retains 100% ownership over all proprietary brand assets, logos, and custom media assets provided to the platform.
We target a 99.98% monthly uptime for client telemetry ingestion, webhook dispatchers, and reporting portal access. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated via email at least 24 hours in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Search Engine & Social Media Growth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party search engine index volatility or social network policy revisions. In all events, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by Subscriber during the preceding 3-month period.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, United Kingdom.
